The NFL trades have come faster than ever before during the past two offseasons and fans are loving every bit of it. It’s never been more exciting.

While there likely won’t be a staggering Khalil Mack-type of blockbuster this time around, there is a strong possibility that several big names will be on the move at some point before the start of free agency in March. That is typically when most of the big deals are negotiated and agreed to. It’s likely more that five names will be exchanged before then, but here are some player and team combinations that make a ton of sense with less than a month to go.

Antonio Brown to the San Francisco 49ers

It’s becoming more and more obvious that star wide receiver Antonio Brown is forcing his way out of Pittsburgh. Almost everybody knows that the Steelers will probably trade him. It’s a matter of finding a team that wants him, is willing to pay the price in draft picks and money, and also comfortable with the probability they’re getting a locker room headache on top of it. Some would likely compare this to the Terrell Owens situation a decade ago.

How ironic will it be when it’s his original team that ends up bringing Brown in? The San Francisco 49ers are in dire need of options at wide receiver. Pierre Garcon is all but out at this point, leaving the team with Marquise Goodwin and Dante Pettis as their two leading options going into 2019. The arrival of A.B. would give Jimmy Garoppolo a bonafide star on the outside who is a threat at any and all levels of the field.
