2019 NFL Free Agency: Analyzing the top QB options available

Taking a look at the 2019 NFL Free Agency class of quarterbacks and which players are the best available. How does this year’s class stack up against 2018?

Although there were a number of players at the quarterback position available in NFL free agency last year who had a chance to start and make a significant impact on a franchise, the class of 2019 may be even better equipped to do so.

There is going to be some significant movement at the quarterback position around the league yet again this year, but the free agent class has some very underrated talent and guys who have proven they can get the job done as starters in this league.

As with any free agent investment, however, every one of these guys presents some level of risk.

With that said, it’s not often you have one (possibly two) former Super Bowl MVPs on the market as free agents or even available through trades.

Teams can go out this offseason and upgrade their quarterback position, perhaps at a much lower cost than last season where there was more movement at quarterback than almost any other year I have seen since I started covering the NFL.
