51. . LB. Michigan. Devin Bush. 31. player

The Los Angeles Rams have locked in their core going forward offensively, but on defense they have a few more question marks.

One area this team could upgrade is at inside linebacker, and it just so happens Devin Bush is a player some could see going in the top 15 picks, so he presents phenomenal value.

He would be a great fit for this Rams team here late in round one.

. TE. Iowa. TJ Hockenson. 32. player. 47

Hockenson won the John Mackey award as the nation’s top tight end, and the Patriots would be counting their lucky stars to get him as the heir apparent to Rob Gronkowski.

The Iowa program really does a lot to model the New England Patriots, and Hockenson is a throwback type of tight end who might remind Bill Belichick of a young Gronk.

Though Hockenson might not show as well athletically as Gronkowski, he’s capable of playing in-line and lined up out wide. This would be a phenomenal fit for New England with Gronkowski’s future in question.

WR. UMass. Andy Isabella. 59. player. 123.

Cole Beasley is a free agent and the Cowboys are going to need someone to replace him and take pressure off of Amari Cooper.

Isabella is one of the quickest, fastest players in this year’s draft class and is perhaps a much more versatile player than Beasley.

TE. Stanford. Kaden Smith. 62. player. 15.

The Saints’ tight end position could use an upgrade and if Kaden Smith is still on the board in the late second round, he could be a great addition for them.

At 6-foot-5, 252 pounds, Smith is a big target for Drew Brees and caught 70 passes with seven touchdowns the past two seasons for Stanford.

87. player. 57. . SS. Mississippi State. Jonathan Abram

The Bears could be losing some key defenders to free agency this offseason, not the least of which is Adrian Amos, a playmaking strong safety.

Ryan Pace could do much worse than adding one of the most fiery defensive players on the Mississippi State defense in Jonathan Abram to replace a guy like Amos. Abram plays with more intensity than just about any other player in this class.
