7th round

4. player. 57. . WR. Fresno State. KeeSean Johnson

It’s quite possible the Bears are looking to add more wide receiver help earlier in the draft but sometimes the board doesn’t break your way. That said, KeeSean Johnson can be categorized as another Javon Wims-type. A big, physical player with loads of upside. He was far more productive at Fresno State though, demonstrating an ability to get himself open and also create extra yards after the catch. He’s still learning as a route runner though, something that may require patience.

7th round (via PHI)

CB. Ole Miss. Ken Webster . 5. player. 57.

There was a time before the 2018 season began that many felt Ken Webster was going to be a 1st round prospect. He had that kind of athletic ability. So what gives? Put simply he’s damaged goods. Webster suffered a horrific knee injury in 2016. This on top of other minor ailments over the past two years. Not to mention an arrest for shoplifting. Despite all that, he’s a tough kid who fought his way back from something that could’ve ended his career. When his body is right, he can cover any receiver there is.
