#4: Cody Parkey

Chicago Bears fans will be upset that this isn’t higher and it’s not hard to understand why. Cody Parkey was the biggest weak link of their roster throughout 2018. He missed 10 kicks during the regular season including a potential game-winner in Miami. Then he is perfect all night against Philadelphia and sure enough when they needed him most, he clangs his final kick off the left upright and crossbar. Chicago lost 16-15.

What makes it hurt even more is the fact that right before the kick, he got a practice shot at it when the Eagles called timeout. It went through perfectly. All he had to do was kick it the same way and make sure to get enough air under it. He did neither. Many still believe this Bears team was good enough to make a run if they’d been able to get out of that game with a win. Parkey took it away because he couldn’t make a 43-yard field goal.
