The Dallas Cowboys are about to hand a ton of money to Demarcus Lawrence and it’s likely Dak Prescott, Ezekiel Elliott, and Amari Cooper won’t be far behind. That will make it difficult for them to pay other young players who could be in line for a new contract soon. One of them surprisingly is Randy Gregory. Most would’ve thought he was a lost cause after his drug-related issues to start his career. Now with six sacks in 2018, it looks like his star has begun to rise.

Few teams love to collect pass rushers more than the Seattle Seahawks. Even ones that might have difficult backgrounds in terms of off-the-field issues. Pete Carroll is used to dealing with such types and the Seahawks are searching for somebody they can pair with Frank Clark. Gregory has loads of upside still and is just starting to discover his latent potential. The fact he’s worked with Kris Richard who used to be defensive coordinator in Seattle? That’s a bonus.
