Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Prediction: Bruce Arians

Known Candidates: Kris Richard, Eric Bieniemy, George Edwards, Bruce Arians

The Buccaneers’ job is a really interesting one. They have so many different pieces but nothing has come together for this team the way it should be.

They have a superstar wide receiver in Mike Evans. Jameis Winston is a former top pick at quarterback and has shown flashes of brilliance along with streaks of really ill-advised play.

The defense has not been great, but there are pieces to work with on that side of the ball as well.

The Bucs seem so far away yet not at the same time.

Bruce Arians’ relationship with the Bucs’ Jason Licht and Arians’ vocal interest in this job would seem to indicate this move has a decent chance of happening. Arians retired from coaching but has publicly expressed interest in the Cleveland and Tampa Bay jobs.

Working with Winston and the tools the Bucs have offensively could be enough to entice Arians to come back, and give the Bucs the offensive direction they so desperately need.
