Arizona Cardinals

Prediction: Kliff Kingsbury

Known Candidates: Kliff Kingsbury, Zac Taylor, Adam Gase, Jim Caldwell, Dan Campbell

One thing is clear from the known candidates of the Arizona Cardinals’ head coaching search: They want an offensive-oriented coach.

That should come as no surprise, given the franchise is invested in Josh Rosen as the team’s quarterback going forward.

If Steve Keim’s job depends on the success of Rosen, he needs a head coach who can get the most out of his young quarterback.

If you’re going to bet your job on somebody, why not Kliff Kingsbury?

Things didn’t work out at Texas Tech, but Kingsbury’s ability to put a system in place that consistently put points on the board speaks for itself. He’s simply one of the most creative offensive minds in football and if combined with an effective quarterback, his system can be deadly.

This would be a high risk move for the Cardinals, but it could come with a high reward. If Keim is going down, go down swinging for the fences.
