01. Cleveland Browns

It’s wild to even think something like this but it’s the new reality we live in. After years of futility that saw so many head coaches and GMs fired, somehow the Browns have finally built a roster that is capable of matching any other in the AFC, maybe the NFL. It starts with their defense which has really come around the past couple of years thanks to a series of strong 1st round picks including pass rusher Myles Garrett and cornerback Denzel Ward.

However the real prize is, of course, Baker Mayfield. The younger #1 overall pick has flashed loads of potential in his rookie season, showcasing why he was the Heisman winner and the greatest quarterback in Oklahoma history. If the team keeps him well-armed and puts a good system around him, it’s hard to imagine him not having success for a long time. Offense? Defense? A quarterback? A thirst for winning? Cleveland has it all.
