Who would you credit for the majority of this season’s success Pace, Fangio, Nagy, Fox maybe??

It all starts at the top. Ryan Pace hired Matt Nagy to be the head coach and Nagy made the strong pitch to convince Vic Fangio to stay. It’s a trickle-down effect. Then there’s the offseason Pace had this year which is easily one of the best a Bears GM has ever had. Khalil Mack, Roquan Smith, Allen Robinson, Anthony Miller, James Daniels, Taylor Gabriel, and Trey Burton? All have made significant impacts in making this a 9-4 football team and on the cusp of a division title.

What’s needed to get our offense up to the same level as our defense?

Time. People often forget this defense didn’t become what it is overnight. It took four painstaking offseasons of work to mold and shape it. They spent that time acquiring the necessary personnel to fit it but also helping the players to absorb the system under Fangio. Everybody on that depth chart save for Mack and Smith has at least 1.5 seasons of experience in the scheme. Nobody can say the same of the offense. They need that same patience before they begin to rise.
