Baker Mayfield – Loser

After finding himself in the winners column last week, Baker Mayfield had a week 13 to forget.

Mayfield entered the game fresh off of two big wins against the Falcons and Bengals, games where he did not throw a single interception. He appeared to be firing on all cylinders heading into week 13.

Mayfield found out firsthand just how good this Texans defense currently is. The Texans were able to pick Baker off three times, one of them being returned for six points. The Texans got in his face all day and forced him to get the ball out before he was ready. For the first time in the past few weeks Baker looked like a rookie.

Baker still flashed some moments of greatness. He had a 70+ yard touchdown called back and would see his receiver fumble on the one yard line of what would’ve been another 70+ yard touchdown. However, there was just too much bad Sunday out of Baker. He will look to get back on track next week against the Panthers.
