30. Los Angeles Rams
player. 51. . CB. Alabama. Trevon Diggs . 30
The absence of Aqib Talib has exposed how thin the Los Angeles Rams are in the secondary. They’ve been abused the past few weeks by Kansas City and New Orleans and given his age, it’s probably best if the team made plans for the future anyway. Wade Phillips has always had a type of player he likes at the cornerback position. They should be athletic, big (preferably), good in man coverage and physical. Trevon Diggs checks those boxes. Coming from Alabama you know he’s well-coached, disciplined, and not afraid to body up on any receiver he goes against. Can’t ask for more than that if this defense wants to improve.
