23. Washington Redskins

The Washington Redskins passing game has conceded to their running game this year due in large part to necessity. Their situation at wide receiver isn’t as strong as it was a few years ago. This is something they’ve been trying to correct but injuries have gotten in the way. It’s time to add another weapon. Few things kill more in the NFL than speed, and Parris Campbell has plenty of it. He’ll remind a lot of people of Percy Harvin. Every time he touches the football he’s a threat to score. He can be good on returns, with jet sweeps and reverses but has really improves as a traditional receiver with his route running and hands.
