2019 NFL Mock Draft: Jaguars finally escape Bortles purgatory

If the Cincinnati Bengals made this selection, it would most likely mean they had moved on from Andy Dalton. They might not do it in 2019, but they would have moved on internally and it would just be a matter of time. The question at this point is, has Daniel Jones shown enough to NFL scouts to prove himself worthy of a first-round selection? The tools certainly seem to be there from his size to his athletic ability and the arm strength to make most every throw asked of him. The Bengals would be taking a risk here, but if they think Jones can be the answer to their championship woes, they have to make this selection.
