Alabama. Deionte Thompson . 17. player. 28. . S

The Raiders simply need playmakers and guys who can come in and change the culture to whatever Jon Gruden is wanting it to be at this point. Deionte Thompson comes from an Alabama program with Nick Saban where the standard of excellence is high, and he would go a long way towards helping re-shape the Raiders’ defense. The back end of their defense needs playmakers and Thompson has proven he can be a ballhawk on the back end of a defense, leading one of the best and most talented secondaries Alabama has had.
