2019 NFL Mock Draft: Jaguars finally escape Bortles purgatory

The Indianapolis Colts are surging here in the middle part of the 2019 NFL season, and they’re doing so without a bunch of big name players on either side of the ball, save for Andrew Luck. Luck’s offensive line looks vastly improved, so that’s no longer an instant requirement for the Colts at the top of the first round. The Colts have some flexibility here and getting a defensive playmaker like Christian Wilkins could really help them and give them a presence as someone who can both rush the passer and defend the run. Clemson’s defense has been stellar over the last four years and Wilkins has been a steady force for them that entire time.
