2019 NFL mock draft: Jaguars make a move for their new QB

The Rams spent a ton of money and draft capital to secure Aqib Talib and Marcus Peters at cornerback for this defense.

Thus far the investments have been fine but not exactly as effective as they’d hoped. Given their financial situation it’s possible they may need to shuffle that position next year. Amani Oruwariye is exactly the sort of solution they could be looking for.

The Penn State corner hasn’t quite yet found his consistency, but when he’s been on it’s been a thing of beauty. He’s got that mix of size and athleticism along with fluid cover skill that NFL corners require. His ball skills are solid and he doesn’t make a ton of unnecessary mistakes.
