Oregon. Justin Herbert. 3. player. 31. . QB

Eli Manning may have enjoyed a fun evening against the 49ers, but don’t be fooled. He threw for 188 yards and still doesn’t look like the same player he was four or five years ago.

The New York Giants can’t afford to waste another golden opportunity to find his successor. That’s why they grab Justin Herbert. He’s widely considered the top QB prospect in the 2019 class for good reason. He’s got the desired size, a live arm, accuracy and has played well under pressure.

There is still lots of work for him to do from a mechanical standpoint, but having Pat Shurmur and a running back like Saquon Barkley makes that easier.
