13. . CB. Georgia. DeAndre Baker. 28. player

The Chargers don’t really have many needs on their roster right now, so taking Baker is more about taking the best player available than it is about getting a player who fills an immediate need.

Baker has been one of the best cornerbacks in the SEC over the past few seasons with the Georgia Bulldogs, showing off his abilities in press-man coverage and outstanding ball skills.

Jason Verrett is an unrestricted free agent this offseason and Trevor Williams is set to hit restricted free agency. Desmond King currently leads the Chargers with three interceptions and seven other players each have one.

Casey Hayward is an outstanding player so the Chargers have depth here, but you can never have too many guys capable of making plays on the football in the secondary and Baker would be a luxury for LA.
