No wide receiver has quite earned the trust of Alex Smith with the Redskins just yet.

That may come with time, but we saw Smith go an entire season one time without throwing a touchdown pass to a wide receiver, so the Redskins either have to scheme to their receivers more or they will need to bring in playmakers to fix one of the lower ranked passing attacks in football.

Ridley is getting some love as one of the fastest rising prospects in the country with the strides he’s made in his junior season for the Georgia Bulldogs.

As Georgia continues to play well, Ridley’s play will be highlighted and his draft stock could soar through the CFB playoff push.

One comparison that has been thrown out there for Ridley? Michael Thomas of the Saints.
