Kentucky. Josh Allen. 18. player. 59. . DE

The Miami Dolphins struck gold with their selection of Minkah Fitzpatrick in the 2018 NFL Draft, and if Josh Allen is sitting there on the board with the 18th pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, they will have to all go as a front office and buy lottery tickets.

Allen has been a consistent force in the SEC for the past three seasons, forcing 11 fumbles including five this season.

He’s an edge player with great length and ability to finish plays, evidenced by his 11 sacks and 15.5 tackles for loss so far this college season.

The Dolphins need some youth at the edge positions and someone who can get home consistently. Cameron Wake leads the team with 3.5 sacks through half of a season. That’s simply not going to cut it.

Allen may be one of the most underrated players in this year’s draft.
