The Raiders defense needs a ton more work than one pass rusher will be able to fix. Every single level of that unit is not good enough. Nowhere has proven it for longer than linebacker.

They haven’t had a genuine stud at linebacker for ages. Somebody who can fly sideline to sideline, gobble up ball carriers and orchestrate the chaos. Devin White is made for that. He’s been a terror for LSU this season, making plays as a tackler, blitzer and even in coverage. He’s all over the field and the instinct shows up constantly.

Some have compared him to Ray Lewis, which is certainly lofty praise.
