How often do you think the Vikings will blitz against the offense?

The Vikings best be careful if that’s what they plan to do. While they may be quite good at blitzing this year, it’s becoming obvious that Mitch Trubisky isn’t the quarterback you want to do it against. For the season he’s 45-of-85 for 512 yards, 6 TDs, and 1 interception. In other words, he’s not phased by it much at all. Even worse, blitzing threatens to open up an area of the field. If a lane appears, he’s shown a capability to take off and run. Minnesota may want to trust their front four to provide the pressure.

Which player vs player matchup are you most excited for this week against the Vikings…

I’d say Anthony Miller vs. Mackensie Alexander. The Bears slot receiver has really come into his own the past few weeks. He sliced up the Lions, getting wide open on a number of occasions. It will be the task of Alexander, the Vikings nickel corner to stop him. Alexander has allowed a team-high 28 catches this year for 303 yards and a 103.8 passer rating. He’s also committed five penalties. He’s been abused by the likes of Davante Adams, Randall Cobb, and Nelson Agholor. Miller should be salivating.

How will Trubisky do against a too Defense in the Vikings this week? Will we see a repeat of week one. Or will the bears give it to the Vikings like old times?

This depends heavily on his offensive line. If they’re run over by that strong Vikings pass rush, it could be a long night for Mitch. However, if they can hold up well enough and give him time, I believe he’ll pick that secondary apart. It’s worth noting he was sacked just two times in two games last season. So the Bears offensive line has shown it can play tough against that Vikings front. It won’t be easy but they know the benefits that await if they do their part.
