16. Tyrann Mathieu, S, Texans

One of the most versatile and tough defenders in the NFL, the Honey Badger seems to have found a perfect home in Houston but there’s a chance he will price himself out of range with another healthy, productive season. Pound for pound, Mathieu is one of the best and most effective defensive players in football.

17. Ha-Ha Clinton-Dix, S, Redskins

Clinton-Dix is one of the top ballhawking defensive backs set to hit the open market, and there will always be demand for those types of players. He has 14 interceptions since coming into the NFL and three this season already before being traded to Washington. The Redskins have a newfound affinity for Alabama defenders so perhaps they will work hard to keep him in town.

18. Tyrod Taylor, QB, Browns

Despite being replaced by Baker Mayfield in Cleveland, Tyrod Taylor is a capable starting quarterback in the NFL and we’ve all seen the premium NFL teams are willing to pay for that.

19. Ronald Darby, CB, Eagles

Darby hasn’t quite lived up to the massive potential the Eagles thought he had when they traded for him prior to last season, but he’s still a young cornerback with physicality and length and teams will probably overpay for his skills.

20. Bradley Roby, CB, Broncos

Roby enjoyed a nice progression over his first four seasons in the NFL, contributing to one of the best defenses in football. The trade of Aqib Talib seems to have brought out the worst in Roby, who would have been in the top 10 of this list were it not for such a poor showing in the first half of 2018.
