6. Le’Veon Bell, RB, Steelers

No player in the NFL has freely declined more money on a weekly basis than Le’Veon Bell in 2018. Bell tried to make a statement to the Steelers by holding out past the trade deadline and at the time of this writing, he’s yet to return to the field. We’ll see how Bell’s holdout affects his overall value but there’s no question about his insane talent. He’s one of the best all-around offensive weapons in football.

7. Grady Jarrett, DT, Falcons

Grady Jarrett is a very disruptive, productive interior defensive lineman who impacts the game tremendously. He’s on his way to a career-high in sacks this season and is helping the Falcons surge from the depths in the NFC South after a ton of injuries got in the way of their ability to contend this season.

8. Landon Collins, S, Giants

It would be hard to match or even top but Landon Collins had an incredible 2016 season that he’s yet to duplicate. In just his second season in the NFL, Collins picked off five passes while racking up 125 tackles, nine tackles for loss, and four sacks. He was incredible that year and is still a young, productive player in the secondary. He should get a big contract.

9. Earl Thomas, S, Seahawks

Earl Thomas didn’t practice with the Seahawks all offseason, came in on the eve of the regular season, and had an immediate impact. We know this is one of the best safeties in the game when healthy and when he recovers from injury, he’ll be one of the most desirable free agent defenders on the market.

10. Ndamukong Suh, DT, Rams

The Rams signed Suh to a one-year contract this offseason and he’s made a difference on their defensive line. Can they keep him around? Will he price himself out of their range? Suh was a great rental for the Rams but he might be playing for a bigger contract than they are capable of giving.
