A high profile Pac-12 showdown between two well coaching programs that will have an impact not the Pac-12 North. Here is the preview and prediction on Washington State vs. Stanford.

The Pac-12 conference as a whole has a thin margin for error when it comes to impressing the College Football Playoff committee. Just being honest here. But for this season, there has been exceptional talent in the conference and it may be hard for the committee to ignore.

Stanford (5-2, 3-1) meanwhile climbed back into the top 25 after a 20-13 win this past week on the road against Arizona State. The run game identity has not necessarily been a staple of the team so far this season and they have relied on the passing game and a defense that has been stingy in opponent scoring.
