The 2019 NFL Draft projections continue to emerge with no clear direction

Despite being six months away from the 2019 NFL Draft, mock drafts are abundant across Twitter and the NFL Draft world.

Since we are no where near close to having a definitive order, we’re looking at the teams who are currently destined to be in the top-10 of the 2019 NFL Draft.

1. player. 31. . QB. Oregon. Justin Herbert

It’s time to turn the page on Eli Manning if you’re the New York Giants. Whether Eli is simply done or the team doesn’t have the protection around him, it’s time to move on. Justin Herbert will enter the NFL with an abundance of weapons to play with. Few rookies have entered the NFL with talent like Saquon Barkley, Odell Beckham Jr., Evan Engram, and Sterling Shepard already in place. If the Giants can add a veteran right tackle and see Will Hernandez improve at left guard Herbert could be well-set in New York.

. DT. Houston. Ed Oliver. 2. player. 42

San Francisco didn’t expect to be drafting this high after signing Jimmy Garoppolo in free agency. With a franchise quarterback in tow, the 49ers looked like a potential playoff team laying in wake.

With Garoppolo now out the 49ers have an opportunity to add the best player in the 2019 NFL Draft to their defense. After several failed attempts to bolster the defensive line through the draft San Francisco gets one of the best defensive tackles we’ve seen in college football.

. DE. Ohio State. Nick Bosa. 3. player. 32

Arizona has so many options for the third overall pick and they really can’t go wrong. A playmaker for Josh Rosen makes sense, as does strengthening the offensive line. Giving Patrick Peterson help in the backfield is another option, as is providing help on the defensive line.

Here we take the best pass rusher in college football and place him on the same defensive line as Chandler Jones. The former Patriot pass rusher leads the team with 6.5 sacks, accounting for nearly a third of their overall production. Adding Bosa to the opposite end of the Cardinals defensive line gives Arizona one of the best pass rushing duos in the NFL on day one.
