12. Green Bay Packers

OT. Green Bay. Jason Spriggs . 12. player. 49.

The frustration over Jason Spriggs has reached a fever pitch by this point. The Green Bay Packers not only gave up a 2nd round pick to get him, but they also traded up in the 2nd round to do so. Spriggs has battled inconsistency ever since. He just looks overmatched at times, unable to handle top pass rushers and not showing the strength needed in the run game.

His future at this point looks bleak in Green Bay. Still, he’s young and may have better luck elsewhere. Someplace where the burden of being a high draft choice isn’t so prevalent. Spriggs is a good athlete and can be a quality protector if he ever figures out how to consistently use his hands and sharpen his fundamentals.
