40. WR Marquise Brown, Oklahoma – Brown has been the Sooners’ best playmaker at receiver the past two seasons. With the ball in his hands, in space, Brown has the agility to make defenders miss routinely and the speed to beat defenders who choose to get in a foot race. Many wonder if he benefitted from playing with two outstanding quarterbacks in his career or if Brown really is as good as advertised.

39. OT Trey Adams, Washington – The massive left tackle is out for the 2018 season after having season-ending back surgery, which as a result drops him in the rankings as he would’ve likely been a top-20 prospect at worst. When healthy, Adams has a great frame and has tremendous strength. What he does during the pre-draft process at the Combine and workouts will go a long way to finding himself as a first round draft pick.

38. RB Damien Harris, Alabama – One of the more underrated players in the country, Harris gets lost amongst the plethora of elite talent on the Alabama squad. But, he has been a model of consistency the past couple of seasons. A patient runner that is tough to bring down on initial contact, Harris can bring plenty of physicality to a team’s running back position.

37. S Jaquan Johnson, Miami – Johnson is a well-coached prospect who has seen notable improvement over the course of his four years at Miami. He will never be known for speed or incredible range but Johnson is a quarterback in the secondary thanks to his well-polished IQ and his knack for always being around the football.

36. OT Dalton Risner, Kansas State – Risner has been consistent over his career with impressive technique. Risner is mobile for a 300-pounder and his well refined in pass protection. That combination will make him accessible to a variety of offensive schemes.
