4. Arizona Cardinals

The Cardinals are at a point where they need to reload the roster with young talent, regardless of position. They have their young quarterback now so they can feel free to load up the depth chart elsewhere. The defense remains a strength for them and feeding that might get them back into the playoff picture sooner. Ed Oliver has already established himself as one of the most exciting prospects in the entire class. A strong, sturdy defensive tackle with explosiveness to shoot up the field and create havoc for quarterbacks. He plays with a natural leverage that makes him hard to block and if he can master his technique, he might be unstoppable.
