25. Los Angeles Chargers

Deandre Baker . 25. player. 13. . CB. Georgia

The Chargers secondary was dealt a nasty blow when cornerback Jason Verrett went down with another season-ending injury. Their pass coverage just hasn’t been all that viable without him. Not having Joey Bosa on top of it only magnifies the problem. They need a new presence on the back end to help corral some of the wide open receivers they’ve been having. Deandre Baker is a bit undersized but the corner has been a key part of one of the best defenses in college football the past two years. He can play the run and has no issues matching up with receivers man to man. The Chargers will feel much more comfortable having him in the lineup.
