24. New England Patriots

Leave it to the Patriots to always find the opportunistic moments to get another really good football player. Jerry Tillery has been starting to emerge at Notre Dame. Not only is he a rock solid run defender, his ability to collapse the pocket as a pass rusher stepped up a major notch. The ceiling for him is about as high as it can go for a defensive lineman. All he needs is the right people to get him there. Bill Belichick has a long, proven history with great defensive linemen in his career including Vince Wilfork and Richard Seymour among others. Tillery couldn’t ask for a better situation to drop into.
