10. Buffalo Bills

The Buffalo Bills have snuck by with two surprise wins this year. How long they can keep it up is a mystery but it’s still painfully clear their roster will need some work. It looks like they might have something going defensively with the work they put in this offseason. Continuing to build on that might given them something to lean on in 2019 as they try to bring along Josh Allen. Derrick Brown doesn’t get a lot of attention amidst a strong defensive line class but the young man can play. He’s rock solid against the run and has drastically improved as an interior pass rusher. There’s still room to grow.
