26. . LB. Michigan. Devin Bush. 25. player

This will be the first year Ozzie Newsome isn’t calling the shots in Baltimore following the Hall of Famer’s pending retirement. His final swipe at the NFL Draft last year and his architecture of this ravens team has been incredibly successful. The drafting of Lamar Jackson set a fire under Joe Flacco and the defense has been playing outstanding.

Wide receiver and linebacker should be a focus next offseason for various reasons. One is that all the Ravens receivers were brought in last season from the outside after Breshad Perriman failed to develop. John Brown will be a free agent at the end of the year and Michael Crabtree leads the league in drops. At linebacker the Ravens could potentially lose Terrell Suggs and CJ Mosley, both of whom are free agents.

Devin Bush plays a variety of roles for the Wolverines, doing everything from rushing the passer to dropping into coverage. He’ll primarily play inside linebacker and be a leader on day one. He doesn’t necessarily replace Suggs as a pass rusher, but he gives Baltimore a swiss army knife in the middle of their defense.
