Blake Bortles (Jacksonville Jaguars): C

So far, Bortles has been really good in half of the Jaguars’ games, and the team is still 3-1 on the season.

It looked like he saved up the best performance of his NFL career to this point for the New England Patriots, who of course knocked the Jaguars out of the playoffs in the 2017 AFC Championship game.

Bortles threw four touchdown passes and was untouchable in the Jaguars’ win over New England in week two, and that performance was sandwiched between a couple of below average, more typical Bortles games.

In week four against the Jets, however, Bortles executed the offense very well and completed over 76 percent of his passes with a pair of touchdowns.

The Jaguars have such a good roster and Bortles has shown signs of being able to really elevate the team at times, as well as being able to drag them down.
