#1:  Charles Leno Jr.

For years people have loved to state what Charles Leno Jr. isn’t. How about stopping with all that nonsense and embrace what he is? That being a good, solid NFL tackle. Through four games this year Leno has gone against the likes of Clay Matthews, Chandler Jones, and Jason Pierre-Paul and is credited with giving up four total pressures on the quarterback. No hits and no sacks.

The team is also averaging 4.5 yards per carry when running around the left end this season, showcasing his ability to get seal blocks and move in space. No one can ever say Leno will be a star, but he’s proof that good offense is possible when guys like him are up front. That might be one of the best contract extensions the Bears handed out.
