PREDICTION:  Bears win 24-21

The Buccaneers are a team that has been winning entirely thanks to their passing game. Both of their wins were by single digits in which they had to score a combined 75 points to do so. Their defense has a good front seven but is extremely vulnerable on the back end. They also still can’t run the ball at all. Chicago is uniquely equipped, with the best pass rush in football to counter their greatest strength.

Ryan Fitzpatrick has shown he doesn’t operate well under constant pressure. He tends to turn the ball over a lot. Pittsburgh showed it’s possible to capitalize on such things and their defense isn’t nearly as good as Chicago’s. This will come down to Trubisky. If he can play even a modestly decent game and engineer a couple scoring drives without too many mistakes, this is a game the Bears frankly should win.
