KEY MATCHUPS

Desean Jackson vs. Kevin Toliver – Jackson was and remains one of the most lethal deep threats in the NFL. He’s been a problem for defenses to start this season and the Bears have had a hard time containing big plays in the passing game. Toliver is the man slated to replace Amukamara. An undrafted free agent out of LSU, he got his welcome to the pros in Arizona where he was picked on by the Cardinals for four catches totaling 54 yards. He needs to beware the double moves.

Taylor Gabriel vs. M.J. Stewart – Chicago isn’t the only team with a rookie corner who’s struggling. Stewart has allowed 18 catches (on 19 targets) for 156 yards and a touchdown. He’s proven vulnerable deep which makes the speedy Gabriel the one receiver he won’t want to see. The Bears have been so close to popping some big ones with Gabriel the past couple weeks but have just missed. This might be the time they break through.
