INJURIES

Prince Amukamara – The Bears defense is driven by their pass rush but its success has been thanks to some good coverage on the back end by their corners. Amukamara has been their best to this point, but now the veteran is declared out for the game with a hamstring injury. This is not the most ideal situation given the loaded receiving corps they’re about to face.

The Bucs secondary – Losing Amukamara is rough, but the Buccaneers secondary has it way worse. They already lost starting corner Vernon Hargreaves to injured reserve. Now safety Chris Conte joins him after a PCL injury. If that weren’t bad enough, rookies Carlton Davis and Jordan Whitehead are battling groin and hamstring problems respectively.
