Seattle Seahawks at Arizona Cardinals

The Cardinals had every chance to win their first game last week and they coughed it up. Now they’re set to debut Josh Rosen in his first start. That might give their offense some juice but the Seattle Seahawks have always given this team problems whenever they play. Russell Wilson is his usual self and that defense, while not suffocating, has been creating lots of takeaways.

More from NFL Mocks

Jon Gruden has been under fire for weeks since his momentous decision to trade Khalil Mack. Something that has all but neutered his defense and their ability to get to the quarterback. Not only that, but Derek Carr continues to struggle in his complex offensive scheme. Now they face a pumped up Browns team coming off their first win.

San Francisco 49ers at Los Angeles Chargers

The 49ers are in big trouble. Jimmy Garoppolo was such a central part of their hopes to find success in 2018. The conductor of that Kyle Shanahan offense. Now he’s gone and it’s the C.J. Beathard show. Don’t expect the Chargers to have any sympathy. They’re 1-2 and need a win to get back into the AFC West race. This game could get a tad merciless.

New Orleans Saints at New York Giants

Eli Manning suddenly surged back to life against the Texans last week. Pat Shurmur seems to have had an effect on him. Now the Giants prepare to host the always dangerous Drew Brees and Saints. Given how uninspiring both defenses have been to this point, it could be a shootout at MetLife Stadium. Not that Brees is any stranger to such things. Can Manning answer?
