Rams to Watch:

Aaron Donald

The force that is Aaron Donald is a force to be reckoned with. The former defensive player of the year knows the exact formula on how to stop the run, make top-notch tackles, and sack the quarterback.

Donald may have some issues later on this season with the new rules implemented when it comes to hitting the quarterback, but I still do not see that stopping him. Donald could easily earn defensive player of the year honors again, and getting after Cousins on Thursday will help his case.

I’m calling it now folks, Donald has a heck of a game with multiple tackles at least one sack, and perhaps generates a turnover. Donald will give whatever running back the Vikings elect to roll with issues all night long.

Jared Goff

Year two in Sean McVay’s absolutely electric offense has worked thus far for Jared Goff. I would expect it to continue throughout the season and beyond. It appears these two may have some type of connection, perhaps a Brady and Belichick?

Goff has capable receivers and a star running back, and no matter what option he decides to go with, it’s a sure thing. Goff has shown us that from year one to year two were are different as night and day.

I say we will continue to see consistency, Goff throws some downright beautiful passes, and is a top contender for offensive player of the week, for week four.

Brandin Cooks

It feels like Cooks has flown a bit under the radar this season, but for the life of me, I do not know why. Cook is marked at fifth overall in receiving yds this season, and not trailing by much for first place.

Cooks has provided viable fantasy points to his owners this season, and we should expect that to flourish this week against Minnesota. Sometimes it’s okay to worry about his levels of production when he works alongside Robert Woods and Cooper Kupp, but Cooks always delivers.

One specific reason I feel Cooks has a great game this week is the fact that he has not caught a single touchdown pass so far this season. It’s week four now, and I’m willing to bet he will find the end zone against Minnesota.
