19. Atlanta Falcons

DT. Clemson. Dexter Lawrence . 19. player. 44.

It feels like the Atlanta Falcons defense is so close. So close to becoming one of the elite units of the NFL. Injuries have held the back, but it also looks like they might be just one or two more quality pieces away. Putting a dynamic interior presence on the defensive line between Vic Beasley and Takkarist McKinley would certainly spice things up. Dexter Lawrence has all the talent and potential in the world. He’s big, long and can ferocious when his motor is running. He has the power to beat double teams consistently and is a good athlete, showcasing explosion off the snap. His issues are centered around consistency. That’s something Dan Quinn will fix.
