Los Angeles Rams
player. 51. . EDGE. Los Angeles. Edge rusher . 18
The Los Angeles Rams defense has looked as advertised so far this season. They’ve allowed just 13 points in two games and look so much better than last year. However, they’ve been aided by playing against two offenses that are clearly struggling in Oakland and Arizona. They have far bigger challenges on the horizon including the 49ers, Chargers, Saints, Chiefs, and Packers.
This is why there should be some concern regarding their edge rush position. Despite the success, the team only has two sacks thus far and the one that came from the edge rush spot was unblocked. It’s starting to feel like the trading of Robert Quinn may have a more long-term impact than they anticipated. This would explain why they attempted to trade for Khalil Mack.
