Los Angeles Chargers

. CB. Los Angeles. Cornerback . 17. player. 13

Losing Jason Verrett hurt more than they’d care to admit, but the Los Angeles Chargers can’t afford to think about it too much. They must move forward. Still, to have their defense diced up by Patrick Mahomes and then look less than dominant against the hapless Buffalo Bills? It should be a major concern with the slew of good quarterbacks they’re getting ready to face in the months to come. Even with Joey Bosa on the rebound from injury, it won’t matter if they don’t have reliable corners who can cover. That’s why they may be in the market for one depending on which teams might be selling come the deadline.
