Kansas City Chiefs

16. player. 124. . EDGE. Kansas City. Pass rush

So far things are unfolding exactly like the experts predicted. The Kansas City Chiefs are leaning on their great offense to carry the load with Patrick Mahomes throwing 10 touchdown passes in his first two games. This has made it easy to overlook the fact that the Chiefs defense has given up 65 points over that same span. A big reason for that is their limited pass rush. The team has just two sacks and Justin Houston has been uncomfortably quiet. It’s looking more and more like he’s not the player he was a couple years ago. If so, this team has to think about seeking some edge rush help at the deadline because they aren’t winning a Super Bowl without an ability to get the quarterback.
