Texas Keys To Victory

Force The Freshman

Texas has to force USC to rely on Daniels to win the game. If Texas can make the Trojans one dimensional by shutting down the run. Daniels is still learning and has a ways to go before being the focal point of the offense. If the Longhorns can force the game into Daniels’ hands, they could have a shot.

Feed Watson

We mentioned earlier how Tre Watson will be going solo but he is capable of having a huge game. Watson transferred to Texas from Cal who we all know is a conference foe to USC. Watson is off to a nice start in 2018. He can be so dangerous as a pass catcher and if the USC pass rush gets too fast, Texas could gash the defense with screen passes to Watson.
