31. New England Patriots

. QB. Auburn. Jarret Stidham . 31. player. 47

Tom Brady can only defy the laws of time for so long. The New England Patriots system continues to sustain him but someday the breaking point will come. It’s inevitable. Right now the team is grossly unprepared for it. Jimmy Garoppolo is gone, as is Jacoby Brissett. They have nobody on the depth chart who can be seen as anything close to Brady’s success. Since they didn’t act on it in 2018, the odds favor such a move in 2019. Jarret Stidham would be right up their alley. He’s a talent, mobile quarterback with a strong arm and good touch on his passes. What he lacks is proper discipline on his mechanics, something that system can fix easily.
