#3 Georgia Makes A Statement

On the national stage against a division rival, the Georgia Bulldogs decided to not only win but send a clear message in the process.

We got it loud and clear.

Thanks to 272 yards on the ground, Georgia powered their way to a 41-17 victory over South Carolina. Things got off to a rousing start with an interception by Georgia cornerback DeAndre Baker that resulted in a pick-6 for the Bulldogs on the very first drive of the game. Before you knew it, Georgia was scoring three straight touchdowns on three consecutive drives in the third quarter to put the game in the bag.

It’s complex to say that Georgia is the most complete team in college football after just two games into the season. However, they are without a doubt in the conversation and with a ton of skill on both sides of the ball, the team has the perfect quarterback to manage the system in sophomore Jake Fromm.

He does not have the biggest arm in the world and will probably never win any athletic competitions but he rarely makes any mistakes and is as cool as the other side of the pillow (a tip of the cap to the late great Stuart Scott).
