New York Jets at Detroit Lions stream, odds, keys, and more
Predictions
I think this is going to be a really good game in Detroit on Monday night as the precursor to the Rams/Raiders game. Detroit has a chance to make the playoffs under a rookie head coach touting an experienced, clutch quarterback.
New York is going to look rough, but the prospects of Sam Darnold being the best quarterback to come out of the 2018 class will keep fans engaged with this team throughout the season.

Darnold won’t look awful, but he’ll come away looking like a rookie quarterback with room to grow. That’s expected of him at this point. I think there will be some “wow” and some “ew” moments from him, but long-term I expect more “wows” in New York.
I think we do see the Lions finally get a 100-yard rushing game considering how vulnerable the Jets front seven and run game projects to be. It’d be cool to see the rookie Johnson hit the mark, but Blount is just as capable of achieving the feat.
Detroit will walk away with a solid win and a lot will be learned about Stafford, Patricia, and Darnold once the clock hits zero.
Johnson will have a rushing touchdown, Golden Tate will have a score or two, and Stafford will walk out with 300 passing yards. It’ll be all Detroit on Monday Night Football.
