The Bears still haven’t learned how to win

Chicago is a young team across their roster. Young teams tend to play fast, which is what you want. However, they also come with a significant flaw. They don’t know how to win. Learning how to win in the NFL is never easy. It takes hard-won experience, often including some bitter defeats along the way. Last night was a perfect example of that.

The Bears had the game in their hands. They were up 20-0 at halftime. It was right there. Another touchdown would’ve likely put it away and they couldn’t get it done. They got too conservative with their play calling, the defense got tired and they let Green Bay get back into it. This proves they don’t yet have that killer instinct required to be a playoff contender.
